For some reason the car I ordered took a very long time to arrive in the U.S., and then proceeded to be "In Transit" forever! Not the fault of the dealership. They were very kind and went out of their way to keep me happy. They actually gave me a loan of a new Explorer so I could get out of my current lease vehicle until my new car arrived. I couldn't be happier with Mark, the manager, the wonderful woman in the finance office and everyone at Maxey. Love the new car!!! More

Excellent service and repair work, but work delayed I've gone to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I've always had good service...the intake staff is very friendly and professional. They've gotten to know me by name and will pick me up at my apartment and drop me off as needed, which adds to the sense of personal service. My last repair was replacing a clutch and my vehicle was at the dealership and out of commision for about 7 or 8 business days and they didn't have a rental to use. It was very inconvenient. This is a minor complaint for this many years of service. I will continue to use them. More

He took time to explain what each gadget could do. The financing portion was not done in a timely matter. What should have only taken 30 minutes to maybe an hour took over 2 hours. I don't know why, it seemed that everyone wanted to talk to the person that was handling my financial transaction. I was totally frustrated with this portion of my new vehicle purchase. More
