Don't assume before you try! I had been hearing noise under the front left side of my car for almost 6 months no repair shop nor dealer could hear or find the problem. I decided to try Bob Maxey Ford but knew i was going to be out of a pretty good chunk of money downtown and all. Before I could get in the door the manager met me I explain what I was hearing told him no one heard it nor could fixed it, he came right out right then and drove my car he heard the noise knew what was wrong right away and the next day or two it was fixed, no more noise, car drives so quite its unbelievable. I had been looking around to purchase another car soon because of the noise couldn't stand the noise, but thanks to Bob Maxey Ford that won't be in the forecast now for a while Thank God and Thank Bob Maxey Ford . I will always bring my car and recommend others to check Bob Maxey Ford first when there is a problem. P.S. Price was't bad at all. More

Today, when I returned my vehicle she act like she never seen me and she told unknowing as to what I was speaking about. I find her to be untrustworthy and I know she deliberately mislead me to thinking that package would cover my mile overage. As I informed her today, she is unbelievable in my mind and nothing she can ever say moving forward would sound like there would be any truth in it. I would need buy another Ford or Lincoln product. For some reason the car I ordered took a very long time to arrive in the U.S., and then proceeded to be "In Transit" forever! Not the fault of the dealership. They were very kind and went out of their way to keep me happy. They actually gave me a loan of a new Explorer so I could get out of my current lease vehicle until my new car arrived. I couldn't be happier with Mark, the manager, the wonderful woman in the finance office and everyone at Maxey. Love the new car!!! More

Excellent service and repair work, but work delayed I've gone to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I've always had good service...the intake staff is very friendly and professional. They've gotten to know me by name and will pick me up at my apartment and drop me off as needed, which adds to the sense of personal service. My last repair was replacing a clutch and my vehicle was at the dealership and out of commision for about 7 or 8 business days and they didn't have a rental to use. It was very inconvenient. This is a minor complaint for this many years of service. I will continue to use them. More
