First car I sat down with Gene Simmons about buying my first car.. although i didn't have enough credit for a new one. He took the pre approved loan from the bank i had and helped me walk out with a Buick.. I test drove it and i think he could tell i was not to good with it because it was a lot bigger than im used to.. I asked him if i could drive it one more time around the parking lot and he said that it was fine... after that i felt better and went on into buying the car.. He did everything he could to get me to walk off the lot with my car that night and i even got it with a full tank of gas. I want to give a huge thanks to Gene for getting me in my first car. More

I shopped online and got connected to Paul Moore, who handles the online inquires. Paul was upfront, honest, incredibly helpful and went over and above to find me right car at the right price. After contacting many Hyundai dealerships and dealing with the various sales representatives I can tell you that Paul stands out as a superior salesman and person. When I told Paul were would be driving over to the dealership to look at the color of the vehicle he had the car washed and next to the building for our review. This may sound trivial to some but I can guarantee this kind of thoughtfulness would not be found at other dealerships. It makes a point about how detail oriented Paul is. Obviously price is extremely important when buying a car but the people you deal with during the process can make a huge difference in your experience. Gene explained all the options in great detail during the test drive, and answered all my questions with patience. I liked the test drive and then started the negotiation/credit check portion. Everything was smooth until the price was no where even remotely close to what was discussed, it was insulting. After some bickering and unfriendly talk they met us where they originally said they would. Overall I am happy with my purchase but must say I was extremely close to leaving and giving someone else my business. More

We stopped in just to look at the options, knowing that I eventually would need something new and spoke to Gene Simmons. I've always loved the sporty look of the Veloster but I didn't think it was a gold choice with my physical limitations. Gene told me to "try it, I might be surprised". WOW!!! I was shocked. The seat moved up so it makes getting in and out a breeze. Not to mention how well you can see out of it at all angles. Gene was so helpful, he explained everything about the car in detail. I love my new Veloster and will look Gene up the next time we get another vehichle. I highly reccomend Bob Mayberry and Gene Simmons to anyone looking to buy. More
