Terrible Service Yet again, another disappointment with Bob Mayberry renewing the fact that I will never purchase from Bob Mayberry again and I will warn others of the Yet again, another disappointment with Bob Mayberry renewing the fact that I will never purchase from Bob Mayberry again and I will warn others of the terrible customer service I have continuously received from Bob Mayberry. I was told by the service manager told me they will no longer work on my car and they will not help me. The exact words were go to Keiffer, we won't help you. The man that helped us, Mike, said I was upset and boisterous, which why wouldn't I be since this is the 5th time my car had to either get towed or have roadside assistance come jump my car? Let's keep in mind my car is 4 years old.The last few times I was there, I was given false information from the same person, and when I asked for him to provide me documentation of my previous requests, shockingly, he could not provide that or explain why he was providing me information that contradicts what is stated in the owner manual of my vehicle (which I had the opportunity to read while waiting for a tow truck).I then asked for Mike's boss to call me, and I left two messages for him, but he has neglected to call me back. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. I have since opened a claim with Hyundai, who has already contacted me. I expected the dealership to honor their warranty and should have replaced my battery while it was under warranty, but instead I was given uneducated and false reasons as to why my car would not start. Here is an email I just received for the service manager: You are what is wrong with America. Every time we try To bully someone or co and do not get our way, We turn to social media which is only one side of the story. By the comments you have left in your e mail you seem very Intelligent so how about doing your home work on batteries as they won't last a year after they go bad. Remember there is two sides to a pancake and people in glass houses should not throw stones. Sorry for the bad Experience. Daniel Thom More

Wow!!! First off, like most people, I hate buying cars. But, after buying a Santa Fe Sport from Clayton King at Bob Mayberry, I don't want to buy elsewhere a First off, like most people, I hate buying cars. But, after buying a Santa Fe Sport from Clayton King at Bob Mayberry, I don't want to buy elsewhere again. This guy rocks!!! I spoke with Clayton via email and then telephone and that night he was bringing me a car to look at, at my home because I had a sick kid and little time to come to the dealership. The price he gave me over the phone was the best price quote I had received. The car was exactly as described and he went over everything about it. He even offered to do the paperwork the next day and bring it back to us the next night to complete the sale. Which is what he did. Everything went smoothly and he was not pushy at all. I highly recommend Bob Mayberry after my experience and if you can, see Clayton King. WHAT A GUY!!!!! I hope to buy my next car from him!!! More

Unlike my last experience, I felt like everyone involved in my purchase had my walking away with the right car at the right price in mind. Crystal Cranford did not try to sell me more car than I was interested in and she and Dustin (in finance) made sure I left with a great car and a good feeling about the entire process. The follow up with Crystal concerning tax and tags and picking up my trade which sadly could not make it on its own was also great.Crystal went out of her way to make the whole process smooth and I have a great new car thanks to her and Dustin.
