We are very sorry for your continuing problems with your battery. As we told you, getting Hyundai involved is the best route for you to take. They can authorize repairs that we would otherwise not get paid for. In the meantime, as a peace offering, we have refunded you the $140 for your battery. Although, we did not need to do this, we felt like it was a means to repair our relationship and to show you that we have your best interest in mind.
