I went looking at cars today, not expecting to purchase for at least two weeks. Bob Mayberry Hyundai was the third dealership my husband and I went to. Well bless my soul Clayton listened, he listened, he listened and believe it or not he actually heard what was important to me. He did not show me a car that was beyond my means, he did not use high pressure tactics he was a gentleman. After driving a car and looking at two other cars Clayton asked us to meet his manager which we gladly did. Clayton came into the office after our meeting with his manager and said he had one more car for us to look at. Not only was it exactly the car I was looking for, he offered it at a cost that was UNBELEIVABLE. We then met with Ted Kipp the financial manager to begin the negotiating process; Ted went out of his way to find the right loan, at the right rate, and at the right monthly payment. In other words there was no negotiating necessary. I got a car I never dreamed I would be able to afford. For the first time in all the years I have been buying cars I actually feel like I got the better deal than the dealership did. It is for these reasons that I have rated these gentlemen and Bob Mayberry Hyundai with the highest rating possible on all levels.
