Worked with Paul Moore on this purchase. We traded in a 2011 Sonata, and purchased a 2013 Santa Fe. No pressure sales. We were given a fair price for our trade in and I based on comparisons we were given a 2011 Sonata, and purchased a 2013 Santa Fe. No pressure sales. I would like to start by stating that this was my first car purchase from a dealership. After hearing many horror stories about dealerships I was nervous but after my day at Bob Mayberry my mind is at ease car purchase from a dealership. After arriving to the dealership I was met by Mike Miller at the front entrance and he quickly greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I explained for him the vehicle I was looking for and he was quickly able to find something in my price range and the color I was looking for. After we began the paperwork, it seemed that it would take some time (and it did) but Mike did continue to talk with me, show me around the facilities, and offered a free drink why I waited. After the initial information was taken care of I met with Lourdes Tellez who walked me through the signing of the paperwork and made sure I understood all charges, fees, and warrantees. They were even able to get me out the door faster by finding an alternate solution for payment. This was a great customer service experience and I have already spoken to two friends about it. For these reasons I have given great reviews in all categories, they truly went above and beyond. More
BEWARE...THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TRYING TO BUY A NEW CAR...DO NOT LET IT BE YOU NEXT. On August 31, 2013, at 8:00 PM, I was signing the paperwork (transferring the tags) to lease TRYING TO BUY A NEW CAR...DO NOT LET IT BE YOU NEXT. On August 31, 2013, at 8:00 PM, I was signing the paperwork (transferring the tags) to lease a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, on an agreed price from a manager named Keith Camp...Then another manager Chris Griffin decides to try to increase the price almost $30.00 / month and to insult me and basically call me a liar in the process... Finally, I spoke with Maryanne, the internet sales manager, and she does nothing to make it right for the customer...You do not want this experience when you are trying to buy a car. We are buying our Santa Fe from Fort Mill Hyundai...They can give you a better price and they are honest and treat the customer with respect. More
My wife and I went to purchase a new Santa Fe because of the style and success with the 2012 Santa Fe we already own. Clayon was very professional, and knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle. I had looked for over a year at cars and SUV's. It wasn't that I didn't like my current car - it was just too small. After visiting many dealorships and spending countless hours with sales people I had just about given up. Then I pulled onto Bob Mayberry and met Chuck. He was professional, courteous and I never felt any pressure to make a quick decision. He spent hours trying to find the car I wanted. I can honestly say that without him I probably would not have bought a new car. I am happy with my new Santa Fe Turbo Sport. It has everything I wanted in convenience, is fun to drive and there was no buying hassles. Thanks Chuck!!! More

The quote was quite reasonable for the car I was looking to purchase, and they gave me a very fair value for the Hyundai I traded. Paul was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He accommodated my wishes even when I changed my mind about which car I was going to purchase - one that he was having transferred from another dealership. Ted Kipp did a great job in finance, and he helped complete the transaction by making it a smooth as possible for me and my wife. Best car buying experience ever. More
Very personable salesperson (Justin Michaud), who was extremely patient with us. We kept changing our minds whether we were going to get a loan or do a cash transaction. He went through all the features of the car we were interested in, some of them even twice. He helped us understand the "techie" equipment and walked us through the setup process. The interior we wanted was not available so they had to locate a car for us, and worked quickly to locate it and get it for us. He never made us feel rushed to make a decision. When we picked up the car, Justin again spent time with us to make sure we knew all about it. He even stayed past closing, since it took long for us to finish the paperwork. Chris was also very nice and willing to work with us in the car-buying process. We met Jeremy Comer, the service advisor, who also was very nice. The finance guy was also friendly & helpful. More
