In May 2013 my daughter totaled her Ford Focus so we started car shopping. She spotted a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra and really liked it. So we went home and searched the internet for Elantra prices wit started car shopping. She spotted a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra and really liked it. So we went home and searched the internet for Elantra prices with the options she wanted. That night we sent e-mails describing what we wanted to three dealerships in the area. Bob Mayberry Hyundai was the first dealership that immediately responded the next day with a phone call and an e-mail. The e-mail included a description of an Elantra they had on the lot with everything my daughter wanted and more at a price comparable to the price of the used Elantra we saw the previous day. Bob Mayberry put us in touch with a fantastic sales associate, Clayton King, who bent over backwards for us. We set-up an appointment and i informed him that I was on a work break and would be very short on-time when we got to the dealership. When we arrived (wife and daughter too), Mr. King was ready for us. His professionalism, courteousness and desire to make sure we were happy with the car, it's price, and our loan were unsurpassed by any sales associate we've dealt with previously. That was definitely the most expeditious transaction we've ever experienced at any dealership. "Hat's off" to Clayton King! Mr. King is one of the main reasons we decided to purchase another vehicle from Bob Mayberry Hyundai. My wife and I were thinking about trading in our ford flex for a 2013 Hyundai Azera but weren't sure if we could get the payments where we needed them. So i pursued car prices using USAA's Car Purchasing program (I'm a military retiree). USAA's program automatically gives a car price and list of local dealerships for you to select from. USAA will send an e-mail to dealerships you select, one problem, Bob Mayberry Hyundai was not on USAA's list. I selected a couple of dealerships from USAA's list and they sent e-mails to those local dealerships. However, all we. could think about was how good Mr. King and the staff at Bob Mayberry Hyundai was to us in May 2013. Loyalty and professionalism is big in our household, so at 8pm I copied the USAA e-mail and sent it to Mr. King to see if he could work with us. Suprisingly, he immediately responded (8:15pm) and said he would see what he could do tomorrow morning when he got to work. (seems he's always working). We didn't make it easy on him either, we had included a laundry list of things that needed to happen to be able to purchase the 2013 Azera that we wanted. We weren't getting our hopes up because i knew it would be almost impossible to meet our request. Clayton King did the impossible, with the help of Mr. Ted Kipp, and by nightfall the next day we were driving home in our brand new 2013 Hyundai Azera with big smiles on our faces. Visited this dealership to look at a used vehicle for our son who just got his license, and since we had an excellent relationship with Paul Moore previously when we purchased vehicles, that was the logical son who just got his license, and since we had an excellent relationship with Paul Moore previously when we purchased vehicles, that was the logical choice. Paul has always been very knowledgeable and informative and very patient with our decision process. We found a 2011 Sonata for our son and after test driving a 2013 Safari Limited car we returned to purchase it. Lourdes Tellez worked with us on the closing of both vehicles and was excellent explaining all financial issues and completing our transactions effortlessly. The whole process was a good experience and we will return when the time comes for us to purchase another vehicle. More

The tutorial on the car and the Nav system was complete and I drove off in a clean car, full of gas. He arranged to have the car pinstriped as part of the deal, and it was done the next day. Would recommend Paul to my friends and anyone visiting Bob Mayberry. Lourdes made the financial paperwork very palatable. She explained all the forms and numbers, and had everything prepared for my signature. There were no major surprises and did not attempt to upsell any of the "add-ons" She was very personable and easy to talk to. More

I was reluctant to start the car buying process. However, I saw an ad and decided to inquire with the dealership. Because of his disposition on the phone, we decided to take a drive out to Bob Mayberry and were equally impressed with all whom we worked. Basically, the dealership embodies integrity and a family feeling; moreover, they made the process easy. They stayed open later to accommodate my schedule and allowed us to take as much time as we needed to consider our options. Honestly, I wasn't going there to buy a car - just to decide if we were interested in the Hyundai Elantra. We planned to test drive two other vehicles and then determine which would be the best fit. The cars sell themselves and I believe the folks at Bob Mayberry get that, so there's no pressure. Because of our experience, we decided not to test drive the other two vehicles and to go with the Elantra (an excellent choice at an even more excellent price). It was a very comfortable place to do business from beginning to end and I highly recommend Bob Mayberry. More
My husband and I went to Bob Mayberry Hyundai just to learn about their line of vehicles. Our salesman, Justin Michaud, took all the time we needed explaining and test driving the various vehicles. I felt that Justin really listened to our needs and did a great job getting us into a vehicle that suited our specifications at a very fair price. Although we kept everyone there beyond closing time in order to complete the transaction, the entire staff maintained a friendly attitude and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. And the service did not end there. Due to the late hour, they were unable to detail the car before we drove it off the lot. They offered to have someone pick up the car at our home the following day and then delivered it back to us once the detailing was completed. Considering our busy schedules, we couldn't have been more appreciative! We will be looking for another vehicle in the next year or so and will definitely be back to see Justin and the other folks at Bob Mayberry Hyundai. More
