They were more than fair on my trade in and and had a great price on a certified preownded hyundai santa fe. There was no pressure even when i decided to go home and think about it for a night, which was awesome because thats what i hate most about bigger dealerships is the pressure they put on you, but not here!! Came back and decided to purchase it!! Customer service was outstanding. Had my two girls with me both times i visited and they kept them loaded up on popcorn and juice. Peter has called me twice already wanting to make sure I didnt have any questions and wanting to know how we liked our new car. So, go to Bob Mayberry hyundai to buy your new or used car. Happy with my purchase but not unanswered questions. I was and am happy with my purchase, However my car was not delivered to me and things explained on how they work etc. I did ask a question about wh I was and am happy with my purchase, However my car was not delivered to me and things explained on how they work etc. I did ask a question about why they steering column and some other things I noticed were the way they were and got no answers. The staff did work with me and get me a decent deal however I feel like I was rushed once everything was approved. I asked if the car was in any accidents and never got a answer in return. More

My previous Hyundai experiences at another dealership did not go nearly as smoothly and took literally 7-8 hours before I drove off the lot. Not with Mr. Pigg, he was absolutely wonderful. He took me for a long test drive and showed me how to use all the bells and whistles that came with the car. In fact, the first car he showed me was the one I bought.
