Outstanding Service I had purchased my Hyundai Sonata Limited at another dealership on Independence Blvd and the purchase experience was HORRIBLE ! I would never bring it back there for service so I decided to go to Bob Mayberry for all my service needs. Each time I go I ask for Asia Smith because she is so gracious and welcoming with scheduling and overseeing the appointment and service. I have been performing regularly schedule maintenance there for the past 2 years and I have nothing but praise to give. Lord willing, I plan on buying my 2020 Sonata Limited from Bob Mayberry. More

We’ve purchased several cars before from different dealerships and I personally have never interacted with a sales person I trusted, until Cindy. She made sure I knew how to use all of the features of my new Santa Fe and trust me there are plenty! It was very different working with someone who wanted to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything about my new vehicle instead of rushing to the next sale. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, all wearing smiles. Employees were constantly stopping by to check on us. We always feel very welcomed and at home. Excellent customer service is surpassed there. Never feeling rushed or pressured is most important to us and they are very observant in that manner. Our questions are always welcomed and concerns addressed fully. We knew so much about our new Santa Fe by the time we left because our salesman showed us so much, even offering to pair my phone to the car and give further instructions. Everyone stayed past closing to assist us and no one seemed inconvenienced. I was welcomed back with any future questions that I may have.
