OK Experience I had a great experience with the salesman, Jay Walker, that I worked with. He was great and tried his best to help with my deal. He also helped me out with the price of the car. The whole process did get exhausting and drawn out, over 2 days and a total of 6.5 hours. It is very frustrating to tell them where you need to be on a car/payment and they come back with a completely different number that is higher. The other thing that was aggravating was when I sent my wife there to just test drive and see where they were on the payment for the car and she got looped into getting her credit run and they tried to persuade her into agree to buy the car at a higher payment, $35 too high. All the unnecessary actions and trying to sell the car to us at more than what we could afford was done by Chris Griffin. I have to give it to my wife, she stayed firm with them. It's bad to see that they tried to influence a women. Also Chris Griffin told my wife that we would have the payment at the right price point when I came back to the dealer later that afternoon. But when I got there it was still twenty dollars too high. Chris did not deliver on what he said he would do. If it wasn't for Ted Kipp and his magic, I would have walked out on a great car. Ted was able to help me out with the interest and get the payment where we needed it. Again Jay was great, it think the issue is with the Sales Management and the way they handle things. More
