I gave a high rating because I felt like I was treated with respect. Salesperson asked what I was looking for and showed me a couple of options in the used category. The onstar setup was a disaster. We had to ship a car from Bob Moore in OKC, OK to Colorado to get the car I wanted. I had to pay double shipping which I felt was uncalled for. Ron, great job, Chad made the finance process very pleasant, jeremy very nice but felt his explanations and hard sell of the " buy back/lemon law" vehicle was not truthful and sincere. he was very nic pleasant, jeremy very nice but felt his explanations and hard sell of the " buy back/lemon law" vehicle was not truthful and sincere. he was very nice just wish he would have been honest. the entire process was a good experience, i hate the "showmanship/salesmanship" game of back and forth between the salesman and the manager. people, including me HATE this process. car buying does not have to be this way. as long as dealerships, no matter how nice, play the sales game then there can be no exceptional dealers. Ron ran the car through the gas station car wash and put a little gas in the car for delivery. evidently the crew that is supposed to get a car ready for delivery stops at 5. everyone I showed my new car to commented " when ya gonna clean it up" in my opinion I would have been much happier if the car had a showroom shine when i took delivery. More
