I purchased a 2013 vw beetle from this dealership. When i was looking to buy it the key was hard to get out of the ignition. The salesman kept saying that is just the way vw's are. So after asking him to i was looking to buy it the key was hard to get out of the ignition. The salesman kept saying that is just the way vw's are. So after asking him to have service department check it and a couple other things out, i decided to purchase it. Upon they were fixing things. They put me in a loaner for 3 dsys. When i went an picked up my car u drove it for about 3 weeks when the ignition locked up and i could not get the car to turn off. At the same time the left turn signals (front and back) quite working. I drove it down to the dealership and it was a fight to get them to pay for it and fix ot, but they did. Said it would be 10 to 14 days. So 6 weeks later my car is ready. I go pick it up and realize on my way home that i have no turn signals on the left still. This the Friday before 4th of July. So while i was driving it over that weekend one of the tires starts loosing air. I take it to discount tires where they check all my tires. I keep an watch on it overnight and by morning it is low again. So i take it down to a tire shop to have it looked at or buy a new tire. And the key to the lug nuts is not in there. So i buy a used car with no manual, no key for the tires and already having problems and haven't got to drive it but for a total of 3 weeks of the 2 months i have owned it. So i decided to go back to the dealership and just trade this headache (lemon) in. Well long story short the dealership is trying to screw me over and trying to 1/3 of what i have have paid for the car. Marcus, the car salesman really tells me that he cant do any better cause they have to make money. That they will be loosing money. This is only a $10k car that i put 5k down on. And he doesn't want to make it right. He wants to screw me over to make profit instead of making it right with the customer. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. This dealership is out to just make money and not help people. And the bad part is i bought an extended warranty. Was told it was bumper to bumper. But it is actually just for the engine and transmission. Do not by from this dealership unless you want to waste money. More
