When Jeff Gann recommends additional service, I'm confident that it's truly needed. The wait time for the additional work was reasonable, and I could definitely tell a difference in the car's operation after the work was performed. The knowledge of the service staff and quality of service at Bob Moore Ford is definitely superior to other local Ford dealers I have tried. I'm very pleased with my experience. More
