The service before you buy the car is good but after they have your money their service is crap! To get help I had to call Bob Moore Nissan. The salesman, John, was very nice, knowledgeable and not pushy, which is how they initially try to present themselves. However, the pushy and true side of them came during the finance stage. I actually was given the classic car salesman line, "You're trying to take food out of my mouth." Really? I guess they assumed that since I was a female I would be stupid enough to pay sticker price. I understand they are in the business of making money, however, during the haggling stage, when I suggested 6 free oil changes (which I found out a week later came with their car deal anyway), Anson, the finance guy, acted completely appalled saying, "Do you know how much money that is?!" Yeah. Not even a couple hundred dollars, yet you're trying to get me to give you $23,000 and you think a few free oil changes is unreasonable? Wow! You would have thought I asked him to cut the price of the car in half. We finally agreed on a price that I was satisfied with, but not before I had to go through 2 different people trying to pressure me into buying all these extra "insurances". I don't know how many times I had to say NO. Then about a week after having the car, Anson calls with another classic lying dealership strategy. "We made a mistake with the financing. We need you to come back in and resign some papers." So now my payments are higher than they initially were. All in all I amy very happy with the car. Love it! I just hate that Bob Moore Kia Northwest is the one I gave my business to. It's like having a baby that you love with a guy you now despise and regret that he's the father. More
I must be in heaven because I just bought a 2013 Kia Optima Ex! William, my salesman, found exactly what I was looking for (style and price similar to my Saturn), but he found better. First, from my criteria he was able to drive a white Kia under the awning for me to examine in the shade. Then, during the test drive, William explained the various functions on the display. I felt at ease with his patience because I had several questions. Finally, water was offered as I went through the paperwork. From service to sales to finance, everyone was congenial, courteous, and knowledgeable about cars in general. Their humor also lightened what could have been a stressful time. William even gave me a courtesy call to see how I was doing with my Kia after I had brought it home. I am convinced this is a top rated dealership, and I am quite pleased with the performance from my Kia Optima as well as the performance of all responsible parties of the dealership. Carolyn More
This was to be the first car for my daughter. Her 16th birthday is coming up in a few weeks. I had simply mentioned this during our conversations with Ryan (our salesman) that this was going to be her fi birthday is coming up in a few weeks. I had simply mentioned this during our conversations with Ryan (our salesman) that this was going to be her first car and for her 16th birthday. They had to order the car she wanted and they worked diligently to get it in by her birthday. Originally, it was not supposed to be in until 10 days after her birthday. But, they found one and traded with another dealer to get one in early. When we showed up, Ryan had put her name in big letters across the windshield with a "Congratulations" sign and a big red bow. Wow! Over the top and totally unexpected! It added to the already exciting moment. She was thrilled. This was one simple example of the extra effort they put in to making your car buying experience a good one. She could have bought her car at another dealership. Trust me, we looked around. Even as far as Dallas, TX. But, the price and the quality and kindness of the sales and service staff at Bob Moore KIA NW is what made us decide to purchase her car from them. They truly, Cant Be Beat! So if you need a car, look every where else first, because once you go to Bob Moore KIA NW, you will realize the deal you are getting. Buying your first car your always a little scared because you have no idea what to expect. From a lot of people i know all i heard was negative things about dealerships and how they're pushy and rude. Let me you have no idea what to expect. Let me just be the first to say i had THE BEST first experience and would recommend anyone i know to go to Bob Moore Kia Northwest! Every single employee was very friendly and absolutely respectful and nice! Micheal Sourie was the employee that worked with me and helped us with everything and i can honestly say he did everything he could to get me the best deal and made it very comfortable for me on buying my first car! He knew exactly what he was talking about anytime we asked him a question and never once rushed through anything! The financial department was also very helpful in getting me the best deal and working with us! Everyone there worked their hardest on making my first experience great! My overall experince was great and ive already recommended you guys to almost everyone i know! Thank you for making it that much easier and making your customers feel comfortable!
