Volvo engine light alerted I brought my Volvo in due to an engine error light indication. Trouble shooting revealed it had a malfunctioning temperature monitor. Fabian Vigil order the part and scheduled me for an appointment. He quoted me a pretty short time and I brought the vehicle in not thinking I would be there very long. Upon checking in he found his error, admitted it was his mistake and set me up with a vehicle I could use so that i didn'l lose work time. Excellent work by Fabian! He is an asset to you beyond his immediate responsibilities--he will create customers for life! More

He wasnt knowlegable on the numbers he just kept telling me that the financial manager will tell me them. I would recommend your salesmen knowing the numbers because there is nothing more annnoying than a salesmen telling me that they dont know something. The financial manager on the other hand was great, was very knowlegeable and actually was haggling with me and I left there knowing i got the best deal possible. The financial manger also helped were the salesman didnt. I wish I had been dealing with Tadd the whole time. Tadd made the 8 hours i spent there worth it but i will not be coming back after this. More

Fantastic customer service I wanted to report what a stellar job this VW service department did. I had a situation well I should say more of a crisis since I am a registered I wanted to report what a stellar job this VW service department did. I had a situation well I should say more of a crisis since I am a registered nurse on the go ... my VW Tiguan which is only a little over 2 years old had a situation in which The battery died leaving me stranded. Once I manage to get to the dealership Dan checked me in and was so very professional and helpful He went over my options with me and my warranty. They kept the vehicle overnight put in a new battery and I was good to rock ‘n’ roll the very next day Everyone involved in the service of my vehicle was outstanding and I highly recommend taking your VW or Volvo there with any sort of emergency and or issue I am most grateful to Dan in the service department and look forward to dealing with him again !!
