Working with Jarred Black was a pleasure it is the 2nd time I have worked with him. I bought a Mazda 3 from Bob Penkhas Mazda in 2008 and in 5 years I will be back to trade my new 2011 wonderful Mazda 3 i time I have worked with him. Where do I start? As I arrived to the dealership , I was immediately greeted by a salesman who worked there. He was too abrasive which was nice. It gave me some time to look around. It made my decision making a bit more challenging because there were so many great cars within my price range. The experience really made itself worth while when I was introduced to a jarred black . This guy knows what he is taking about ! Probably the best customer service I've ever received along with a never-ending knowledge of a the vehicles in the lot. After meeting jarred I felt very comfortable and new I wasn't leaving without a gray deal. I will continue to recommend all friends and family to jarred at bob Lelia Mazda ! We decided to stop by the Bob Penkhus Mazda store saturday on the north end of Colorado Springs to take a peek at what they had for sale. Although we had no intention of purchasing a car that day we did have a wonderful experience and it was a pleasant tour of the dealership and we were treated with the utmost honesty, courtesy and respect. Jarrod did ask us a few times "if there was anything they could do to earn our business" we politely declined but did appreciate the eagerness to help. I dont remember our salespersons name but the professionalism of those guys up there will definately bring us by again when its time for a newer car. Sincerely, Future Customer. More

The Asst. Svc. Mgr. was rude and treated me like I was a stupid woman. I waited six hours to get an oil change after waiting four weeks for my appt. When I asked questions, again Jeff Byers treated me with stupid woman. I waited six hours to get an oil change after waiting four weeks for my appt. There were four employees I dealt with on that day and every single one was rude. BTW - I told them I wanted my car and I had a difficult time getting my keys back. Very awful experience. More
Do not buy a used car at this place. I bought a beater commuter here to use for getting to and from work. I expected little, but they offered even less. After waiting for several hours our car was supposed to be detailed. It looked like something my 5 year old could have done in 30 minutes. The salesman I got, after being passed around, was running two deals at once. The car was supposed to be serviced and checked, but I doubt that happened since the oil was low, the front tires are bald and the washer fluid was not even refilled. Crazy terrible experience. Never again. Go elsewhere. I emailed their feedback to let them know about my experience before I posted this and no one cares enough to respond. More

I contacted the car dealership to check on a car. At that time, I was informed they could not find my app. info and had never heard of me, which is scary concidering they had all my private info.(Legal info)Finally they asked for my info. again!!!!!Instead of a apologie I got" I guess someone dropped the ball on that one" and a promise I would receive a call back. To make a really long story short after talking to 4 salesman , 2 sales managers, and the general manager with a total of 9 days and a lot of time calling because no one called me back like they said they would and still no apology. Im writing this review. The worst thing is Im still not sure what happend to my paper work, from what Ive heard thats the way identity theft happens and credit is not a priority to such a large company nor is customer service. More
