Pros: Service fixed the problem, some are k coffee and snacks in waiting area. Cons: I had no idea how long service would take: 1 hour or overnight. Sales wise, I had very little help from anyone when trying to buy a car or returned emails or calls. I decided to go with a different brand but had to buy out my lease in order to use as trade in. Nice guy too. Aside from him, I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. The service tech that had worked on my VW multiple times didn’t understand how the wipers worked, stated he replaced cabin filter, which was not done as I looked at it two weeks later… he broke my review mirror, high beam assist, and reset all infotainment features. Mind you, none of that was broke nor part of original complaint when bringing in. Reset all of the they kept ordering the wrong parts for my seat massage. The service advisor was great to work with. First and last time with a VW. And truly the dealer experience plays a huge roll when coming from a luxury brand to “mainstream,” for lack of a better term. Some may have had better experience than I, so take my review with a grain of salt but I will not use this dealer again, but mainly for the absolute horrible quality of a brand new Arteon in a year and a half. More
