I've been working with Chris Sherban for many years and had good experiences with him. He has now moved to a different department and this visit I was scheduled with Christopher. My visit went well and even though it could not be completed the same day, Christopher kept me updated and had my XC60 done the next morning. Thank you Christopher, Volvo is still in good hands. This was a regular checkup appointment that turned into three different ones. During the first appointment the techs discovered that my tires needed replacements, but the store didn't have any in stock. I three different ones. I was going on a trip and wanted the tires installed before leaving and Chris was able to get them into the store and replaced before my departure a few days later. The tire replacement took longer than expected, but Chris once again made things right. While on my trip, I noticed that the car was having some issues when a load was placed on the engine. I made another appointment and they quickly found the problem and corrected and Chris took care of me again not charging me for the repair. While I certainly didn't care to have to take the care in three times in a two-week period, Chris's attention to customer satisfaction was very impressive. Thank you. More
