I took my car to the dealership to figure out why the check engine light was on and to get new front brakes and rotors. They diagnosed the issue with the light and replaced the brakes and rotors. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed they had also fixed my front bumper. The passenger side of the bumper had come loose and popped out from the vehicle. I had tried to fix it myself, but a broken clip made it impossible, so I drove around like that for about four months. The dealership fixed it for me without even charging me for it. I called to schedule my first service appointment for my 2025 Silverado I purchased at Pulte Chevrolet. Scheduling was very easy via a phone call. I arrived on day of service and was greeted very politely by several employees. Nolan checked me in for service. He was very professional and courteous. I walked to a nearby restaurant and ate lunch while the vehicle was in service. Shortly after arriving back at the dealership, Nolan found me in the showroom talking to my salesman. He left the paperwork with me and directed me to the nearby service desk where I signed the necessary paperwork and picked up my keys. There was no cost to me for the first service since it is covered by General Motors with the purchase of the vehicle. The service was completed in about 45 minutes. Very happy with the experience.
