My air conditioning stopped working which prompted my appointment for service at Bob Pulte. I explained to DeWayne that I was concerned about it happening so soon to a 2010. I wanted to know if it was a known issue and hoped that it would be looked at in an honest way. DeWayne assured me that they would pay close attention to it. He called several hours later to let me know that the A/C had no fluid and that they had refilled it and added dye to see if there were any leaks. He mentioned that they could not find any. He told me that they did not charge me and to monitor it until it blows warm air again. This will help them find the potential leak. I mentioned that it may be a few months as we are entering into cooler weather. I believe I was treated fairly and appreciate not being overcharged. I read a few forums where the same circumstance happened to other people and they were charged hundreds of dollars over several attempts to repair their A/C system on their Traverse. I have no problem paying to have something repaired, but I expect it to be taken care of. Thank you for your honesty and you can be sure that I will return! More
Preparing for a trip to Florida and needed an oil change and noticed noise in front right wheel of my Avalanche. Took it to Pulte Chev. We took a short test drive and it was decided to check the front whee and noticed noise in front right wheel of my Avalanche. Took it to Pulte Chev. We took a short test drive and it was decided to check the front wheel bearing. Within two hours my Avalanche was ready to go with a new hub assembly and oil change. Between warranty and Preferred Customer points - entire service was free. Pulte Chev service is a great dealership and a pleasure to work with - whether buying a car (I have bought my last two there) to thefollowup servicing of my vehicles. They are one of very few honest dealers left. More

My vehicle was given immediate attention by the Pulte personnel to correct a serious maintenance issue, despite not having had a service appointment. Rady and DeWayne were fantastic! My girlfriend's car had a nail in the tire and they fixed/patched it in no time. Their service here was superb! I have been dealing with the Bob Pulte Team for so long I can't recall the first visit. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. They are always willing to work around my needs to get my service taken care of in a very timely fashion. This is also the reason I currently own three Chevy's, all of which were purchased from the Pulte dealership. I would recommend this service group to anyone needing their help. I am writing this review to try to express how very satisfied I am with the service at Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon Ohio, I am 55 years old and have never had such a positive experience with car serv satisfied I am with the service at Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon Ohio, I am 55 years old and have never had such a positive experience with car service, Jim Couch was very helpful discovered that my car had a recall and the parts were ordered and the service was performed FAST !! also my car is a 1999 Caviler,when doing the the recall service one of the starter terminals that was rusted broke off and a new starter was put on free of charge !!! also I was given a car to use while mine was being fixed.
