This dealership does not listen to customers or complete work in a timely manner. I dropped off my vehicle and went over exactly what my concerns were- I already knew the issue with my vehicle and only need work in a timely manner. I dropped off my vehicle and went over exactly what my concerns were- I already knew the issue with my vehicle and only needed a diagnostic test to confirm my suspicions. The service technician dismissed my concerns and ignored my requests completely. When scheduling an appointment, be prepared to spend all day sitting in the waiting area without any timely updates on your vehicle. This service center is so mismanaged they will keep your vehicle overnight for the simplest procedure like a check engine light diagnostic test. This process only takes approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours to complete. Not to mention, after zero communication and nearly a full day without your vehicle, you still have to call the service center for updates and advocate for yourself. This dealership lost track of my vehicle, left it sitting in their lot for hours and I still had to pay the full price a day and a half later because the service manager is incompetent and wouldn’t know what customer service was if it stared him right in the face. Half-assed apologies and excuses later, I got my vehicle back without the proper documentation I had initially requested. So I went through this entire experience for nothing and was out $150. I would never and will never recommend this dealership or any of the other Rohrman locations to anyone. I’d rather drive or tow my vehicle to the next town over to get away from here. 0/10 if I could. More
