Not up front and honest, said it was being looked at; it was not. Fees are MUCH higher than they should/could be (and were elsewhere!) Just be transparent. NOT trustworthy!! More

You had days and days to “turn things around” and make them right while you had our vehicle. It was a clear choice you made to contribute to be deceitful. Since our vehicle was in your service department, you have all the personal information. Your manager basically threw our keys at us and turned and walked away. There’s been no contact since.
