Took my 2018 Kia Niro in for routine maintenance and also a warranty fix on the drivers side window… routine maintenance took about an hour… had to make another appt for the window fix as they needed to orde a warranty fix on the drivers side window… routine maintenance took about an hour… had to make another appt for the window fix as they needed to order a part… Brought the car back a week later and they did that repair in half the time they estimated. Nice surprise More

I've been having to bring my car back to them, over and over. Each time I think it's the last time, and each time there's still a related issue, desire asking each time whether anything else could go wrong over. A very wait-and-see approach to troubleshooting. One guy was nice enough to get a part replacement comp'd, but this was after $7k in repairs already, and it's still sputtering and occasionally misfiring. I just want my car to work again, reliably, and I'm starting to doubt Rohrman Kia's ability to actually fix it. More
