I thought Marcus was very helpful I was not certain if I wanted to buy or to lease and he was very patient When I decided to purchase my leased vehicle, he worked with me and I feel very bad that he would wanted to buy or to lease and he was very patient When I decided to purchase my leased vehicle, he worked with me and I feel very bad that he would not profit from this decision. However I would not hesitate to send anyone to him for assistance and perhaps make a purchase. Kia has always been my car and I have leased three Kias.and he was abler to worked within my budget. Have taken my car in multiple times for the same repair. Paid over $500 when they misdiagnosed a problem and now am told that I need $2000 of repairs but they can't get the part and they say the car is not Paid over $500 when they misdiagnosed a problem and now am told that I need $2000 of repairs but they can't get the part and they say the car is not safe to drive til they do. Not at all confident in diagnosis but unsure what else to do since another repair shop did not want to mess with it. More

I have never been in a dealership that treated me so well. I was made to feel as though I was the only one there buying a vehicle. I was treated fairly and enjoyed my car buying experience.
