This was the first disappointing visit to Kia. My car was dropped off at 7:00 and I was told it would be several hours. I checked back around noon, and was told it would be later in the afternoon. My husband dropped off at 7:00 and I was told it would be several hours. I checked back around noon, and was told it would be later in the afternoon. My husband checked around 3:30 and was told it would be closer to closing time. We arrived just before 6:00 and the car wasn’t ready. The manager working thought someone had notified us. We were told a tool broke and they had to wait for a replacement, and that is what caused the delay. If the tool broke, I don’t understand why we were told it would be ready. We live out of town, and spent several hours hanging out in Lafayette to pick up the car only to have to return the next day when it was finished. We’ve always been pleased with Kia, but the communication at this visit was very frustrating. More
