When I first walked through the doors I was welcomed and acknowledged. I had a salesman who took the time to listen to my needs and concerns which was a good thing because I was not being heard by the other acknowledged. As long as I own my Kia if I don't have to take it to your dealership I never will! Your service person told me that they took the door panel off to find my problem! The car was right next to the servi your dealership I never will! Your service person told me that they took the door panel off to find my problem! The car was right next to the service Department waiting area and I could visualize the car the whole time it was there and they did not take the door panel off! And,another thing,is that they told me I needed front brakes and they never took my wheels off! They tried to upsell me over $1,000 More

My car had broken down on the highway. I was from out of town. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Kia dealership. Not only did they take care of my Kia but they helped me maintain a sense of normalcy bac town. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Kia dealership. Not only did they take care of my Kia but they helped me maintain a sense of normalcy back in my city, during the time I waited as the repairs were done. The service department supervisor explained the problems and prices. What was covered and what wasn't. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of me and a service department that are all pros at what they do!! More
