This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. First off after signing the paperwork and arriving at home I noticed all the paperwork had the wrong VIN. I emailed Matt and the stock number wa had. First off after signing the paperwork and arriving at home I noticed all the paperwork had the wrong VIN. I emailed Matt and the stock number was switched with another vehicle and no one caught it. I received new paperwork to sign and after sending it back was promised I would be getting my copies over nighted to me which they were not as I was told, only to be received by email almost a week after it was “mailed”. But some of the paperwork still referenced the old VIN which I was told they would be sending me the correct one again. I had a rock chip in the window that I was told was sealed which I later found out it was not after my windshield cracked. I was told by Matt that I would be receiving a check for the repairs which again was “mailed” over a week ago and I still have not seen it or received any word back on the status of this so called mailed check after I have asked about it multiple times. More

The after the sale follow up was not what you would expect. I bought a pre owned 2019 Ford Expedition, I was told it was purchased from a Ford store on a wholesale purchase.
