Part of the service was a recall with an estimated completion time of 3-4 hours. Service worked with the rental department to provide me and my wife a unit to use until our car was finished. Even with all the changes, the 15K service and recall issue were resolved in less time than expected. I hate bad service but really do appreciated good service when I experience it. Good job. More
