Not responsive or upfront I drove across the state to buy a "like-new" 2019 Subaru Impreza 2.0i that had been repo'd and purchased at an auction by Rohrman Toyota. The car had I drove across the state to buy a "like-new" 2019 Subaru Impreza 2.0i that had been repo'd and purchased at an auction by Rohrman Toyota. The car had aftermarket rims that looked nice, but, after the purchase, there was a grinding noise whenever the car would turn hard right or left. I emailed Chuck Austin, my salesperson at Rohrman, and asked him about it. He completely ghosted me. I guess he wasn't kidding when they were "desperate to move it." I had the folks at Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel look at it, since the car is still under its manufacturer's warranty. They said it was nothing too serious - the bozo who originally purchased the car installed aftermarket rims that were an inch too short. Since I don't plan on burning donuts with the car anytime soon, it should be fine. However, I am VERY disappointed with Bob Rohrman Toyota (in particular, Chuck Austin) for not being forthcoming about this issue, and even more so for ghosting me once the issue arose. I will not be doing any business with Bob Rohrman in the future and suggest that others stay away. The Subaru dealers around Indy are more honest and straightforward. More
