Worst customer service I’ve encountered with a dealer. I waited for a vehicle I wanted to buy for almost 2 weeks. Finally got out of the shop, I came in talked numbers and sent my application into the bank. waited for a vehicle I wanted to buy for almost 2 weeks. Finance manager didn’t run my credit or speak to any banks until next business day and on top that decided to run my credit (which was approved) and sold the car to someone else at the same time.
