No signage at service vehicle drop off I dropped off my car the afternoon before my scheduled appointment. I didn’t find any signage letting me know where I was to go for this. There was no one at the desk but I waited for a while until I saw other customers going in through 2 glass doors not one had any sign telling customers drop off here? I then wait with 2 other customers one of which I asked if I was in the right place to drop off my car for service. She thought so. Please help your customers with this issue especially for those of us who are new to your dealership and not familiar with its intake process. Thank you More

Pleasant, polite, professional, and dilegent. I brought the car in for my 98 yr. old mother.---And YES, she still drives, just not in the winter and ONLY when necessary.
