Service is going downhill quickly We love our Toyota vehicles, but based on the lack of service we have received, we will likely not purchase again since our only dealership option is We love our Toyota vehicles, but based on the lack of service we have received, we will likely not purchase again since our only dealership option is this one. I took a Sienna in for routine maintenance on a Monday -- as I went in I asked them to look at a window where the seal pops out when the window is rolled down. Two hours later I was still waiting. Went in to the service area to ask for an update, told they were working on it. 1.5 hours later I was told they'd taken the window apart to find the problem was exactly what I described. 3.5 hours after I entered I walked out. Called back on a Friday (3.5 days later) to have them order the part. No record I had been there 3.5 days earlier. Monday we had to call them to see if the part had arrived and schedule service. The first employee couldn't help us. Then my husband went in today for the scheduled part install. 1.5 hours later they told him they'd ordered the wrong part. Utter incompetence. Ridiculous! More
