My experience with sales consultant Kylee Thompson was fantastic. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She made me feel like a person not a sale. She shared my communication wishes with the others at Bob Rohrma fantastic. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She made me feel like a person not a sale. She shared my communication wishes with the others at Bob Rohrman Toyota. Kylee double checked with the others involved in my purchase so that things went smoothly without huge hiccups. She even came in on her day off so that I could pick up my vehicle within my timeframe. The facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. Kylee Thompson was excellent. She was helpful and accommodating! However I did feel rushed and slightly pressured by some other members of the staff into making my purchase and feel as though things accommodating!
