I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional treatment we received. Our sales rep (Pasha) made the process totally painless. He was incredibly patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I even had my blue-tooth paired before I left the parking lot even though it meant Pasha standing outside on the coldest day of the year to provide guidance. And a lot of folks at GH had a hand in this so I’m giving props to Dimitri and his team (Ron, Zahir, and sales associates Justin and Ashley). They were all so down to earth and easy to work with through the ENTIRE process. We are now proud owners of a Tucson Hybrid Limited and we love it. Justin, Ron, and Nate were all fantastic. We went in only planning to test drive, but as soon as I sat in the driver's seat of the Palisade (Calligraphy), I knew we'd be going home with a ne We went in only planning to test drive, but as soon as I sat in the driver's seat of the Palisade (Calligraphy), I knew we'd be going home with a new car that day. Justin was easy to talk to on our test drive and knew answers to our questions like an absolute pro even though he'd only been with the dealership for 3 weeks. Ron made sure we were taken care of and were happy with our trade in transaction. Nate handled the paperwork and financing so efficiently and managed to entertain us with conversation too! The porter and another guy who went over some initial paperwork with us, but I can't remember their names, were also wonderful. We unintentionally kept them all there after closing time but they were all so kind and professional making sure the deal got done. Thanks to the whole team working there that night!!! More

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had negotiated over the phone an amicable price on a new Kona. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sales Manager Ron and Sales Specialist Scott. T We had negotiated over the phone an amicable price on a new Kona. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sales Manager Ron and Sales Specialist Scott. They showed us the car which was prepared perfectly, in invited for a test drive which Scott answered all our questions and even set up our Blu Tooth link for the car. After the drive, all the paperwork was laid out verbetim to my phone discussion with Ron- no curve balls, exactly as presented. We agreed on price and moved onto Nate in finance who finalized the paperwork with our appraisal for our trade. It was a hassle less, informative, comfortable and "fun" experience. If you are looking for a car and pinpoint a Hyundai, this is the place to go. More
