The sales experience was fine, but I thought the finance portion was a disaster. I only financed to get the rebate, but the loan officer would not allow me to make a down payment to reduce my interest cost portion was a disaster. No loan terms were discussed with me such as interest rate or number of months. The loan officer warned me to buy the extended warranty because it would cover the holes in the Limited Maunfacturer Warranty. I almost stopped the purchase due to his warning of the poor Limited Warranty. I hope the Warranty does not turn out as bas as he warned, because I declined the extended warranty. The electronic format gives very little opportunity to read what you are signing. More

It took over an hour to even greet me and then took 30 more minutes to "get my papers together". I was told the night before that it would be ready to go in the morning and take 45 min tops. Several mistakes were made on the document that had to be corrected (personal info, lender, terms). Was there almost 3 hours just for paperwork. Great salesman, finance department could use some polishing. More
