We first looked at our vehicle more than two weeks ago. On our second visit on 1/08/26, we decided that we wanted the car and contacted our salesman and put a $500 down payment on the 2026 Enclave. We visited the dealership again on 1/13/26 to complete paperwork and drive the vehicle home. Bill told us they could not locate the second key fob, and asked us to return on 1/20 at noon to have one made. They had four business days to do a pre-delivery inspection to check both key fobs and key card was in the vehicle. Was an inspection even performed?? We arrived at 11:55 today and had to wait until 1:00 p.m. for the person making the key fob, which then took an additional 30 minutes for him to program it. The key fob does not match the key fob given to us at purchase. I asked Bill how on earth a multi million dollar business can lose a key fob and the key card that were together. He had no idea. We also did not have the key card for the vehicle when we picked the car up on 1/13. No one can tell us where in the world a second key fob and key card is. So now they are ordering another key card, which means we have to make another 40 minute one-way drive down to pick it up. Our main concern is how this dealership can lose a key fob/key card in their business, and secondly, whomever has the second key fob/key card can find out who bought the vehicle and then steal our car. We are very disappointed that we paid $67,000 for a vehicle and we do not have matching key fobs and a key card. Can you not order one from Buick so they match? Not happy how there wasn’t more urgency to locate the key fob/key card. We were told by Bill that he would get us a cargo net, and when we arrived today, Bill indicated that it was $100. Most companies with good customer service would provide us the cargo net free for the headaches that we’ve had, and driving to and from to get all that should have been available on the day we picked up the vehicle. Just dropped it off for an oil change went into the showroom and looked around. Talked to Tom Speres and by the time I did that they came and got me in the showroom and I went back gave me the keys wen showroom and looked around. My first visit with a new GMC 2025 Yukon. Everyone that I came into contact in the service center greeted me with warm hospitality. The trip seemed to take just.a little longer than antic Everyone that I came into contact in the service center greeted me with warm hospitality. The trip seemed to take just.a little longer than anticipated for an oil change and tire rotation, but the waiting area had very comfortable seating and amenities I would expect. Terrific. I will be returning on a regular basis for routine maintenance. Great team. Randy(?) in parts was also of great help in guiding me through the right floor mats for this new Yukon. Finally, I was impressed that Lee Highsmith noticed me from working together previously. Nice to be greeted in such a kind manner. More
