I am local to Bob Ruth and wanted to keep everything simple. Started my sale online (covid and all), and was pressured for a credit check. When i asked about the truck i was interested in they it was av simple. Started my sale online (covid and all), and was pressured for a credit check. When i asked about the truck i was interested in they it was available. They said this 3 times to me during my texting and phone conversation. I set up a time to come to the dealership inspect the vehicle. 15mins out i get a call from Dave Talton, I do not drive a talk on the phone, and i was on my way anyways. I get there and he tells me truck sold sorry. After filling out credit app. and him telling me he would have the truck ready to go when I got there. He then proceeds to have me stand in the lot for 30mins while "he checks to see if there was something available." With ALL the time i had available, i scanned the QR codes with my phone. ALL of them on every sigle truck in the lot. I then proceed to walk to my truck and still no Dave Talton? I leave to take my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do as well. I get a text, A freaking text, are you kidding me? That he had one that might fit my criteria. Mind you this was a half hour after i already left the dealership. I was ready to sign the papers for a truck. Cash in hand. All i can say is let that vehicle slip away from you and buy it some where else. There are so many other dealership out there. Give your business to someone who wants it and respects you a customer, who is going to spend a lot of money on a vehicle. And remember it's not just a vehicle your buying and a relationship and service. More

I worked with a salesman named Lino. He helped me select a used car and did it without pushing me to buy it. He was very professional and patient with me. I couldn’t get my ambient lighting to work when I g a used car and did it without pushing me to buy it. He was very professional and patient with me. This time I have to say that the product (vehicle) was exactly what I expected and then some more, but what drove me (no pun intended) to really write this review was the superb service which I received from both Brittany R. and Joe S. throughout my shopping experience. From my first contact with Bob Ruth Ford, Brittany was very responsive throughout my contacts with the dealership, provided immediate responses to my questions while also showing a sense of concern without the typical "sales pressure" that someone normally associates with a car dealership. On the day of scheduled appointment when I had the opportunity to get away from my busy schedule, I was greeted by Joe S. who also showed a sense of concern with meeting my needs without the typical sales pitch. Upon arrival, I could tell that it was a very busy day, but Joe took the time to explain the details of the two vehicles I had pre-selected to review, while also explaining the sales process. Throughout my time while I was there, it was a very well balance of "let's get this guy into the car he's looking for" without the typical sales pitch. My overall impression if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. I highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford, and if you get to work with these two individuals that will be even better, but I also think the entire staff will also treat you just as good due to the fact that they frequently asked how was I doing and if I needed anything.
