I went to Bob Sight to look for a new Ford Taurus. They only had a few on the lot and I didn't see color or options I was wanting. I went inside and finally approached by an older male salesman. After explaining what I was looking for he said, "we don't have one." That was the end of our conversation as he turned to help another customer. No other sales associated bothered to talk with me. I left VERY disappointed. I went about 10 miles down the highway to another Ford and found the car I wanted, which I bought that day. My excellent rating for that dealership is on their page. Bob Sight didn't seem to want my business was won't get it in the future. More
The battery on my 2010 Edge died. I called Bob Sight Ford and then called the emergency roadside service and they toed it in.
