Ive been in the service industry all my life so i know how important customer service is. With that being said as soon as I arrived, via a tow truck, i was greeted by Richard my service writer. After giving him the details of my issues he immediatley started his process. I asked for a "ball park" quote before I left and he said he might have it out by the end of the day. Being from out of state I thought of sure it was going to be more than the quote he gave me so when i got his call I braced for impact. To my surprise it was several hundred dollars cheaper and ready the same day. BAM Now thats service. On Time And Under Budget. Thanks I'll see ya'll again. Used the online reservation process, it was very convenient. I called the service department to check to see if the parts for the recall were in and they were not. I was impressed with the drive in drop off inside the garage. I was also impressed with the FREE multipoint inspection that was performed while they fixed the recalled item. More

All of the service personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was only in for a regularly scheduled oil change, the service representative (I don't remember his name) was very friend knowledgeable. The waiting area is a very nice and enjoyable place to sit and have a cup of coffee while waiting for the service to be completed. As soon as the work was completed, the service rep came and got me, and I was able to continue my day. The price for the oil change was very competitive with any other service department, maybe even a little bit more inexpensive. My overall experience is always a good one when I bring my car in for service. More
