Ive been in the service industry all my life so i know how important customer service is. With that being said as soon as I arrived, via a tow truck, i was greeted by Richard my service writer. After giving him the details of my issues he immediatley started his process. I asked for a "ball park" quote before I left and he said he might have it out by the end of the day. Being from out of state I thought of sure it was going to be more than the quote he gave me so when i got his call I braced for impact. Used the online reservation process, it was very convenient. I called the service department to check to see if the parts for the recall were in and they were not.
