Very accommodating when I needed to pick up my title, the sales man drove me to my home to get it. And when I had to have the running boards put on the vehicle the sales man (Rodney) picked me up so I could sales man drove me to my home to get it. I thought I was dealing with an honorable honest dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gav dealership. Unfortunately this isn't the case. Brayan Sanchez is your typical used car salesman and will absolutely lie to you as he did to me. I gave him two opportunities to be truthful and he failed on both occasions. I informed management of his deception and apparently they condone this behavior. They readjusted the price a bit as Bryan didn't use the advetised price. Brayan is still employed by BobSteele Chevrolet. Whenever dealing with the sales staff ALWAYS ask for the sales manager to review the proposal. My upcoming new car purchase for my wife will definitely not be placed with this deralership.. More

I’ve bought 4 vehicles here so far, the service is prompt. Sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We just bought our first EV, an Equinox.
