Now two weeks later and I was told they will get it done as soon as one part gets there next day but then call said part not there called back there are other cars ahead of you now and all parts there delay delay lie lie Last time it was in they scratched the fender on passenger side and I didn’t say anything but you can clearly see it from the fender cover they used had something on it. Don’t care because it’s been two weeks and still not done. If you are counting on them to get it done or processed go to another dealer the number two rated is in Melbourne not the 65th 2 1/4 star rated dealer for everything especially service they just don’t care More

I have had nothing but good experiences with service, parts, scheduling and sales. I have been looking for a new vehicle, and no fault of the dealership what I wanted was not available here. Because I needed a truck I decided to upgrade but found the price more that I wanted to spend, however the price dropped so I was deciding how much longer to wait for the one I wanted. I finally decided to go for the bigger truck which was listed on the website a steel price of XXXXXXX. Working with my salesman we startedworkinh the numbers. As of today I was told the on line price was not correct. This has been on the site for about a month and I had talked to several people about this reduction and no one said it was wrong until I questioned the sales document. I was told that was a mistake caused by a third party. I question that if someone builds a listing are the not checked and approved. Are the just ignored without quality be preformed to insure accuracy. I am disappointed that this is allowed to happen and I think someone at the dealership should have to review and approve these posting in the dealership name or honor their listing price of these specific. I hope we can continue our association but will always require price checks. It's not my fault is not a valid excuse. More

Was primed and ready to buy a car from them today and then i noticed it priced higher in their website. Emailed to confirm and they told me the higher price was right. No apologies no “my bad”. I took my car to have the cruse control and windshield wiper motor fixed. It took 3 days to fix the cruse control and a week and a half to find a windshield wiper motor and controller. With an appointment, this hour and a half job took in-excess of six hours, leaving the steering wheel, arm rests, and carpet covered in grease. The wrong screws were used to put the housing back together and a cover is missing from one of the windshield wipers. When operating the windshield wipers, the only cover eighty percent of the windshield. More

First time I was there it took almost 8 hours to cut a key for the suburban. I talked to the service manager and negotiated a free oil change for the delay in getting the key. Big mistake, over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Tired to sell me a deluxe 60,000 service. Almost $800 for brake fluid exchange, transmission fluid change, air filter, cabin filter, fuel cleaner. Overpriced unneeded work. It was my last visit to Bob Steele. Boniface-Hiers in Melbourne my next try. More

I brought my new Silverado pickup in for an 0800 appointment at 0750 to find they were overbooked and the advertised 60 minute oil change turnaround time would be more like 2+ hours. My appointment was made over 2 weeks in advance and their calendar was clear when I made the appointment per their scheduler. The service department folks gave the impression they don't care and were happy to cancel. Many issues are not within a service department's control, but scheduling IS within a service department's control. Not being prepared and overbooking is a real issue for customers and give the impression that your time and loyalty don't matter. More

We drove over an hour to see the car and BUY IT FOR 35K tonight. Sam was great but he quickly disappeared when things went south. Their Finance guy (sorry no name) came over and announced the car was now 39k, WHAT??? We spoke to RON the Manager and his explanation was that they needed to increase the price 7% because of low inventory. He said there was nothing he could do about it. BUT YOUR WEBSITE price? But Vanessa said??? NO NO NO. They don't care. They flat out lied and were not going to do anything about it. We walked out. This was the most unethical, dishonest, deceitful dealership we have ever encountered and we do not recommend them. More

The car was unattended in an isolated area around the back side of the building and had been left running for 15 minutes with the driver door partially open, in the rain, with the radio station changed, the music blaring, and the A/C system going full tilt, blasting air from all the vents. Any punk hanging around could’ve stolen the Vette in a split second. Hey Bob Steele… How about telling your employees not to fiddle with the controls/settings on my car? It’s MY car, not theirs. And keep it locked when unattended in a public area — like I do. Your lifetime free oil changes sure do come with a price. More
