Bob Tomes Ford

I have been buying vehicles from Bob Tomes for at least 18 years. Yesterday's experience was by far the worst I've had. Was shown and test drove a vehicle that turned out to not be the one I was shown th 18 years. Yesterday's experience was by far the worst I've had. Was shown and test drove a vehicle that turned out to not be the one I was shown the car fax report on. They tried to add over 4k in fees. It took over 4 hours even after completing the credit app online and everything else to even get to the finance office. Driving the vehicle home, the tire pressure sensor went out and the plastic protective chassis cover came off while driving down the highway. Took it right back up there the next morning. Ben in the service office was irritated and less than thrilled to have to fix my car. Do better Bob and Brandon. More

Buyer beware! The people are nice but NEVER trust their used car inspections or service department. If you find a great deal make sure you take the vehicle to a re The people are nice but NEVER trust their used car inspections or service department. If you find a great deal make sure you take the vehicle to a reputable mechanic before buying to check any issues as they don't fully inspect used vehicles before they sell them. Issues crop up less than 2 months from sale that they won't deal with unless you get some overpriced service contract even if vehicle is under factory warranty. Also, on new vehicles the service department pushes for regular maintenance items many thousands of miles before Ford shows in the manual on new cars so you can spend high dollars for items Ford doesn't recommend until 50K to 75K odometer readings. Lived and learned as try to support local but there are more reputable dealers in the area to visit that are honorable. More
