I purchased a used 2022 Ford F-350. I was forced to purchase additional items (Warranties, paint and dent protection, theft deterrent, window etching, Nitrofill, and window tint). I tol I was forced to purchase additional items (Warranties, paint and dent protection, theft deterrent, window etching, Nitrofill, and window tint). I told them I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t want. My salesman told me we could work on the price. He did discount the price and told me I would still get all those additional items. The truck was delivered 216 miles to my house (at a $600 3rd party cost, Bob Tomes wanted $1200). When the truck arrived, the passenger window tint was scratched and the entire tint was obviously already on the truck prior to them trading for the truck, there were no green valve stem covers (indicating Nitrofill) the tires were at all different pressures and the windows were not etched. When I called and asked about the items that were obviously not done, I was told by a manager that since they discounted the truck and the additional items (I was never told the truck was discounted only the additional, but did see it on the final statement) and since they gave me more for my trade, we were basically even. He was not very helpful when I told him I didn’t care one bit what the numbers were, but that him and his salesman lied to me when they said I was getting all of the mentioned items. More
