I very much appreciated their desire to understand what our needs were. Aiden and Pete did a great job of answering every question plainly and without hesitation. From details about the Explorer throughout the financing, I felt confident I was in good hands. The process isn't rocket science and shouldn't be overwhelming as it often is. This was the first time the experience was enjoyable throughout. I'd definitely recommend Bob Tomes Ford to anyone who prefers old fashion courtesy and a hassle free buying experience. More
