I felt that the dealership conducted its sales practices with honesty and integrity. The sales consultant, Jordan, was genuine and sincerely cared about making sure the customer received a fair deal on both with honesty and integrity. The reason I didn't give a 5 rating on the survey is that Jordan doesn’t drive a Ford or any Ford product and isn’t familiar with Ford’s standard warranty. He could have asked someone else at the dealership to look into it. Although I could easily look up the warranty online, I often ask the sales consultant this question because it shows whether the consultant knows and cares about the vehicle they sell. Additionally, I can’t give James Lesinski a 5 because we didn’t meet with him during the entire 6 hours we were at the dealership. Even if he offered us a fair deal, there was no personal touch in this transaction. While the dealership's primary goal is to sell vehicles, the personal touch is often what builds loyalty, encouraging customers to return for services and future purchases. More
