I had an appointment and it still took over 4 hours before I drove off in my new car. The salesman assigned to me was helping other customers at the same time. Drafts are guaranteed funds and all the financial work has been done for your finance person, you simply fill out the form and deposit it. To take my car home that day,, 3 hours away, I had to do your financing at over twice the rate of my credit union draft. I will be refinancing on Monday at the Credit Union when they open. I was not given my 2nd key fob because the department was closed. I will be expecting it in the mail this week. The little time I did actually spend with the salesman and the finance guy I found them polite and kind, the waiting in between seemed excessive though. More
