We were lucky enough to walk into Brandon and he guided my family with the upmost respect and courtesy; listening to us to really hear what we needed (not that I didn’t want a big baller truck haha). We eventually decided on a SUV for our family and Brandon was very articulate about what trim came with what, what color options were available, and how the transaction would look ahead. It was semi humorous that we actually chose a vehicle that was being loaned out, but we had the vehicle back within 12 hours. The vehicle was cleaned, detailed, and when I arrived, mine! The handoff process was smooth, and we never felt that we were without assistance. Would I buy from Brandon and The Bob Tomes crew? Absolutely.
