Brandon in the financing department was also wonderful helping me get the best rate and into the payments I wanted. It was a great overall experience. More

Jay was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful, He will not put pressure on you to buy. He is an valuable asset to their sales team. He WILL find out what you want to know about the vehicle you want to buy and will take the time to explain every nuance of the vehicle's operation. Even the high TECH software! Don't be afraid to ask! Even after the sale when you are confused at home after reading the manual! Even in the evening! Such as he found out, and told me just where the tracker is in my new truck. It's YOUR tracker, not the dealer's nor Ford's. So you should know where it is located. But the experience went down hill from here. So just the unfortunate highlights with the finance portion. Yet, he did get me the payments I wanted but for 7 years which I knew would happen. (All concerns were addressed a week after the sale by a sales manager. Still cost the same though.) I did my research on purchasing a new 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Lariat. Traded in my 2023 Tesla Model Y with the performance upgrade which was in literally excellent condition having purchased it from another dealership only three months ago before trading it in. According to Kelly Blue Book trade-in value I should have received $30k to $35k since I also performed factory performance upgrades to it and it was literally in excellent condition. I received $28k. Average condition trade-in price. The F-150 was originally listed on cars.com for $64k. At purchase time it was listed at $69k. Sold to me for $70k + the extras which should have come with the truck. ie; Spray in bedliner and all the extras shown to you at time of sale like the tracking, windows, and paint protection. Those are NOT FREE as they insinuate even though they say that they are included and you have no choice of refusal. Further down hill. Requested PremiumCARE EV 100k miles with zero deductible. I know I can get it for $4600 through Grainger. I was told three times that Extra Care Hybrid was above PremiumCARE and charged $4000 for 120k miles with $100 deductible. I caught this error after I got back home. I then had to drive 30 miles back through Dallas traffic with a wreck on 121 to correct this error. Ended up with the PremiumCARE EV 100k miles with $100 deductible. Was still over charged. _____________________________________________________________\ A week after the sale. Chase, a sales manager, contacted me later and went beyond what I expected him to in helping me with my concerns. They have since been resolved due to his efforts. The price of the new truck remained the same. I received the zero deductible 10 year warranty which I wanted and will hopefully receive a refund for the add on extras. I do recommend this dealership. BUT! I just wish I was up to the fine art of negotiation. I wanted to get the best value for my trade in and the lowest price for the new vehicle without all the stressful haggling. No dealership will provide that as they are in it to make their money. So be prepared to fervently haggle or get charged full price and less than you expect for your trade in. Good luck! More
