Thank you to Kyle (Rudy) Rheude for a great experience helping both, my daughter and mother get a great price on their brand new Escapes. I personally greatly appreciated his willingness to communicate ba helping both, my daughter and mother get a great price on their brand new Escapes. I personally greatly appreciated his willingness to communicate back and forth remotely with me prior to any visit to the dealership and then having things ready to go once we got there. Also, we appreciated Rudy's thorough run down of the car's technology system, suggestions for default settings and assistance with pairing up with communication devices.
